the entry wear i’m propping my head up with my calculator

daylight savings appears to be kicking my ass just as hard (maybe harder) as a complete lack of sunshine was after the last time the clocks changed.

i rocked the course i just finished, and now i’m wrapping up another one. and i just can’t stay awake long enough to study.

the boyfriend is talking of going to mexico on his own vacation next week before we go on vacation together next month. i didn’t think it would bother me as much as it does. i guess i was hoping he would spend a week at home cleaning up his mess he didn’t get to on his last week off. instead, i will leap over his piles of clothing and books and dirtiness while he goes and naps for a week in mexico. because i’m in a bad mood right now, good riddance, i say.

sometimes i wonder how he’d accomplish anything without me. sometimes i think he knows he wouldn’t accomplish anything without me.

i think (and sort of hope) that i’m coming down with a bug of some kind. i could use a(nother) day off.

my grandmother is coming to visit soon. i can’t have her over in this mess. i’ll be done my course a few days before she gets here, hopefully that will be enough time to sweep the crap under the sofa… errr, tidy up a little.

zonk.

43 days ’til Vacation

I am elated, as in, I can’t sleep because I am going on vacation. Leaving the continent. And not with my folks. Looking at pictures on flickr tagged Waikiki ARE NOT HELPING.

I wrote a final for one my classes on Saturday, and promptly booked this upcoming vacation as well as signed up for another class. I only have one on the go now, and frankly, I’m pretty happy with that. I have a few weeks to wrap up my assignments, and then it is over for a while.

Life is boring! With the exception of the voodoo-lady at work who I think is trying to kill me by boring through the back of my head with her death-glare. I don’t get people in trouble, internets, lies do.

Wow. So that’s like, all. I’ll try harder tomorrow.
