Alley Kat Raspberry Mead - of the yum

This stuff is freaking delicious. I have had other meads, but the raspberry AND the honey is deliciously sweet.
We usually buy it in larger bottles, but just got a case of 4 -341 mL bottles @ 7% alcohol/volume and yum!
The ingredients are deceptively simple: Alberta honey, malt, raspberries and raspberry extracts, hops. Simple, right? Probably water too? Probably.
As an added bonus: if I were to be, say, trying to live the 100 mile diet, this would totally be allowed.
It’s light, but strong. Good with a burger on the patio. The Fruli in the fridge is taking a back seat this weekend to mead. Mmm mead.
Apparently, I really like fruity alcohol.
