- This week marks the first time ever that my mother cooked with fresh garlic and/or ginger
- My sister graduated third in her class of 350 last night. 3.5 hour ceremony. 350 degrees inside the stadium. My sister is a smarty pants.
- ITomorrow I am going to our cottage (to take pictures) for the first time in ten years
- I was at Wal-Mart the minute the door opened for the first and last time in my life today. I did go in, but I didn’t buy anything. I will hunt a Wii Fit on this trip. Maybe even using a Wal-Mart staff discount. That makes me feel kinda shitty. I hate that place. But Wii Fit!!! Clearly I have no choice. I heart active-play games.
- My siblings and I are going to be taking our first picture together in at least six years this weekend.
- I have gone six days without eating any kind of fish or seafood. A lie. I had my first coastal seafood feed last night: barbecued haddock. No anaphylactic allergy attack. Daumage.
