OK. Now things are starting to look viewable and unscrambulated.

I’m finding it hard to get motivated after the Christmas holidays to do… well, anything. I’m just tired! I haven’t broken my one New Year’s resolution yet: not to work any overtime. It’s easy when you’re just starting a new job, 2 days in, not to break a resolution like that… in fact it should be easy, period. I’m starting to learn that not only do I expect too much of other people, I hold people to high expectations because it’s the minimum I’ll accept from myself (confusing sentence no. 1). I’ve also learned that as my quality of work increases, so does the quantity of time I spend at work, thus decreasing the quantity of quality time I have for myself (confusing sentence no. 2).

Next week, I will learn how to input equations and flowcharts into a blog.

I thought I took a rather glamorous picture of myself on New Years Day whilst having dinner with my family despite having the flu. Beautious!
